For over 20 years, Canadian Business for Social Responsibility (CBSR) has been guiding companies toward sustainable change. To spur an era of growth, CBSR, one of the organizations that launched our national discussion on sustainability, came to The Works for help in creating an updated brand to connect with a broader range of business leaders. The Works developed a corporate-friendly identity to convey CBSR’s unique ability to guide businesses and help them realize the benefits of social responsibility. Original photography captures CBSR’s members in candid conversation, reinforcing the organization’s evolving mission to provide a safe space for Canadian business people to share ideas, reveal challenges and get constructive feedback. The new logo letters are set in authoritative capitals, left open to suggest the kind of dialogue and transparency that make companies feel supported in their journey toward a socially responsible future.
