Rebrand

There’s one way to know you’ve done a rebrand right: no one can remember your client looking any other way.

Oxford Properties Group participates in almost every segment of the global commercial real estate market, but its previous logo – the slanted “O” – was largely associated with its property management division. Tasked with developing a more suitable identity in only 16 weeks, we were given direct access to top-level executives to obtain insight into day-to-day operations and long-term goals. The new identity was approved within six weeks, and at the end of our mandate the new collateral, including signage, was rolled out at all Oxford properties on a single Monday morning – and it’s lasted for more than a decade.
