With over two decades at Works Design, he ensures that everything leaving the studio not only meets client objectives but also upholds the high standard of quality we are known for. A multi-disciplinary artist and innovative thinker, Nelson has received multiple ARC Awards and an RGD SoGood Award during his years at Works Design, with his early work featured in the prestigious Black Book AR100. His creative leadership is instrumental in driving strategic and design excellence, while ensuring that projects keep moving and teams stay motivated. He collaborates closely with our art directors, designers and production teams, providing the support and opportunities they need to contribute their best work. Nelson also works directly with clients, transforming their business objectives into breakthrough creative solutions.
