Through a double materiality assessment, we identified how Holt Renfrew can address key sustainability topics, supported by a strategic roadmap aligned to two sustainability reporting standards.
In developing Holt Renfrew’s annual sustainability report, we balanced its photography-forward aesthetic with the need to present digestible data and comprehensive reporting. The resulting work combined original photography celebrating self-expression and a cohesive design system that emphasized its people-focused brand, creating a sustainability story that is both visually striking and credible.
