Launched with a $400 million IPO
Choice Properties’ 2013 initial public offering took the stock market by storm. A real estate investment trust with an unmatchable portfolio of commercial locations, originally amassed by Loblaw, Choice Properties needed a web presence that’s in keeping with its parent company’s brand. The resulting website uses colour, rolling photography and other design elements that nonetheless distinguish the new REIT. An interactive map lets visitors review properties from coast to coast to coast with just a few simple clicks, while a news feed and social media tools encourage them to stay connected with the real estate powerhouse.
