For Loblaw’s 2015 CSR Report, the company wanted its diverse clientele to drive the narrative. Inspired by this, The Works featured real customers to highlight the ethical concerns of Loblaw shoppers. Their portraits and testimonials were paired with responses from internal and external sources to reassure stakeholders that Loblaw is listening. Reiterating the company’s dedication to impacts, the report also features a graphic scorecard that tracks achievements across all of Loblaw’s subsidiary companies.
