The Works consulted over 2,500 stakeholders on the rebrand

Since its founding in 1989, Ontario Teachers’ has proved itself a force on the global investing scene. But in recent years, other groups had co-opted the Teachers’ model – and name – making it increasingly difficult for the plan to maintain its competitive edge. Taking advantage of a progressive design approach, including collaboration with the Reputation Institute, Ontario Teachers’ launched a new brand that builds on its enviable legacy while feeling fresh and distinctive. The colourway is unique in the sector, and proclaims Ontario Teachers’ as a confident, international player – with proud Canadian roots.
